Stabilizer for the Commercial 34" and 44" Montezuma and Sephra chocolate fountains. The stabilizer fits at the top of the cylinder or tube of the fountain and holds the auger or screw that pulls the chocolate to the top in place.

This stabilizer is for the Quick Set tier system which means that it will only work on tiersets where the tiers simply slide down and rest on a ledge and are not screwed on to the center cylinder.
